History of Professional Soccer in Minnesota
 
Minnesota returned to the professional outdoor soccer scene in 1994, after a 6 year hiatus as the Minnesota Thunder playing in the USL (formerly the USISL). They have been playing there for the last six seasons. During the past six seasons the Minnesota Thunder have played in 168 regular season games, compiling a record of 121 Wins, 9 Shootout Wins, 10 Shootout Losses, 43 Losses and 4 Draws, and earning a winning percentage of 0.720%.
